30 pm) The Farm The farm is located in Durham, ME about 25 minutes north of Portland and 10 minutes from Freeport, ME.
We are on a 17-acre piece of land.
10 acres of hay, 2 acres of woods, 1.
5 acres of crops, a farm store and 5 high tunnels.
Operation We are a certified organic diverse vegetable farm.
We operate a farm store that is open 5 days a week (Tuesday-Saturday) year roud.
We have 5 high tunnels (soon to be 6) and an acre
of field crops.
We are a low till farm utilizing cultural interventions, crop rotation, tarping, hand cultivating, and zero pesticides.
We grow crops for our farm store which has a 20 member Buy Down CSA, several wholesale channels, and an online farmer market.
We rely almost solely on solar power to run the farm infrastructure apart from the diesel tractor.
In the store, we sell all local products such as milk, butter, cheese, meats, honey, maple syrup, ferments, hummus, chips, etc from roughly a 30-mile radius.
We also offer soups, salads, and sandwiches comprised of bread from our in-house baker, veggies from the farm, and other local ingredients.
The Work (15 - 40 hrs per week) Field / Farm Work You will help greenhouse operations including seeding, germination, temperature requirements, and watering.
You will help with bed prep, transplanting, soil amendments, composting, and irrigation.
You will help with harvesting techniques, processing, washing, packing, and shipping You will help with crop rotation, green manure, no till tarping practice, and low/high tunnel management.
You will help with temp control passive heating and compostable practices.
You will help with value added processing of veggies.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside students from the community.
You will have the opportunity to help in the store on Saturdays.
You will have the opportunity to deliver vegetables to wholesale customers.
Qualifications:
1-2 seasons of organic vegetable production preferred.
Highly organized, ability to think through systems, and streamline processes.
Ability to be self-paced and independent.
Ability to lift 30 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally; to stand, kneel or crouch for extended periods.
Great attitude while working outdoors in all weather.
Compensation $16- $18/hr Seconds of vegetables will be available all season Farm Philosophy Replenova's mission is to provide the community with healthy food using conscientious environmental and social practices.
We do this by avoiding all biocides, relying on solar power, using human scale power whenever possible, paying a fair wage, selling local products and engaging our community to teach about healthful food.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
